Updated Marist National Matchup and the Following States: California, Texas, Minnesota, and New York 11/7/07 Clinton's lead over Giuliani is expanding according to WNBC/Marist.

The Republicans all hold leads in Texas while Clinton cleans up in California and Minnesota. Go to our states page for data: California, Texas, Minnesota. Yet another New York matchup coming out that shows Bloomberg would take votes equally from Clinton and Giuliani if running as a third party candidate.
Clinton only has a slight 6% advantage in this poll which is small compared to the double digit leads other NY polls have stated. Since Giuliani does so well in Upstate New York, it could be that the other pollsters are not accurately taking that demographic into account - OR this poll is oversampling in this region.
